Enhanced question management
Now, when editing your custom question format in BoardClic’s Question Format Editor, BoardClic will automatically alert you if a question is part of our core indexes (BoardClic Value Index, BoardClic Strategy Index or ESG Index). This ensures you can confidently update your questionnaire without losing any vital metrics in your final BoardClic report.
Introducing new roles
We've expanded beyond BoardClic’s standard role formats to offer additional customisation. This means that you now have the option to add new roles that suit your specific evaluation needs, such as “Board Observer” or “Employee Representative”. This feature allows for a more tailored reporting structure.
Question format insights
Choosing the right question format just got easier! We have rolled out multiple standard Board Evaluation formats, each with detailed descriptions to help you find the perfect fit for your board or management team. Whether you need something comprehensive or more streamlined, you will find it on the BoardClic platform.
Track your question formats with "Last Used" tag
Since evaluations typically occur annually, we’ve introduced a "Last Used" tag that helps you keep track of the question formats you’ve used. This brand new feature will quickly highlight which formats you employed in your most recent evaluations.
Custom questions made visible
Customising your questionnaire is key to relevant evaluations. To enhance clarity for your evaluation participants, we’ve added a “Custom” tag to highlight your uniquely tailored questions within your survey. This helps evaluation participants recognise and keep track of the custom questions added to your evaluation.

Governance as a Catalyst for Growth: What Private Equity Can Learn from the Public Markets

Their central argument is simple but powerful: governance should not be viewed as a brake on growth, but as a set of guardrails that enable momentum. That distinction matters, and particularly for Private Equity.

5 boardroom behaviours inspired by the latest ecoDa Board Evaluation Guidelines
Most boards believe they are performing well. Executives are less convinced.
