Since 2018, BoardClic has supported more than 7,000 chairs and directors on 600 boards in over 50 countries. Our platform turns evidence into clear insight on composition, dynamics, and board agendas. We keep improving it with technology grounded in real governance practice.

Founded by Monica Lagercrantz-Midby and Malin Lombardi, BoardClic draws on decades of work with boards and leadership teams worldwide. Their judgement shapes the methodology we practice and the platform we are building.
