We are both humbled and proud to announce that BoardClic has achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90 based on the user feedback received during the first quarter of 2023.

For those unfamiliar with NPS, it’s a widely used customer satisfaction metric that measures the likelihood of customers to recommend a company or its products to others. A score above 75 is considered world-class, indicating strong customer loyalty and satisfaction.
